1) Scope; Relationship to Terms
Summary: This Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. The Terms of Service also apply.
Detailed Terms:
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how PricerPro, LLC (“PricerPro,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information relating to Users of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
2) Definitions

- “Personal Information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.
- “Usage Data” means data automatically collected about how the Services are accessed and used (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).
- “Content” means information you input or upload into the Services (e.g., property characteristics, notes, photos).
- “Process” or “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Information (collection, storage, use, disclosure, etc.).
- “Service Providers” means third parties that process Personal Information on our behalf to operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing).
3) Categories of Information We Collect
Summary: We collect account details, subscription/billing metadata (via processor), usage logs, and whatever property data or media you upload.

- Account & Contact Information. Name, email, company (if applicable), role, communication preferences.
- Subscription & Billing Metadata. Plan selection, billing history, payment status, and limited payment information processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
- Content. Property data, comparative analyses, custom attributes, notes, and photos or media you upload.
- Usage Data & Technical Information. IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, session duration, referral URLs, in‑app events,
- Communications. Emails, support requests, and messages you send us.

4) Sources of Personal Information
Summary: You provide most information; some is collected automatically; some comes from processors and security tools.
Detailed Terms:
We collect information directly from you (e.g., registration, in‑product use), automatically via cookies and similar technologies, from Service Providers (e.g., payment, analytics, email), and from security/anti‑fraud tools deployed to protect the Services.
5) How We Use Personal Information
Summary: We use data to run, secure, improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with law.

We Process Personal Information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- authenticate users and enforce Seat limits and anti‑sharing measures;
- process payments and manage Subscriptions;
- communicate about Service updates, changes, security alerts, and administrative messages (transactional communications are required);
- provide support and respond to inquiries;
- monitor, detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms;
- de‑identify and/or aggregate data for internal analytics, quality, and feature improvement (de‑identified/aggregated data is not Personal Information).
6) Disclosures to Service Providers and Others; No Sale/No Targeted Ads
Summary: We don’t sell Personal Information. We share it with processors who help run the Service and disclose it if required by law or in a business transfer.
Detailed Terms:
- Service Providers. We disclose Personal Information to Service Providers who support hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, logging/monitoring, and payment processing. They are contractually obligated to protect Personal Information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and Safety. We may disclose Personal Information to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, and safety of PricerPro, Users, or the public.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be transferred, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- No Sale/No Targeted Advertising. We do not “sell” Personal Information or “share” it for cross‑context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined by state privacy laws.
7) Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Summary: We use essential cookies for login/security and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser; essential features may not work if you disable them.
Detailed Terms:
- Essential Cookies. Required for authentication, session continuity, and security.
- Analytics Cookies. Help us understand feature usage, performance, and errors.
- Controls. You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impair functionality.
- Do Not Track. The Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
8) Data Retention; Archiving; Deletion; Backups
Summary: We retain your information while your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 6 months with 3 warnings and then delete. Archived media may take hours to retrieve. You are responsible for backups.
Detailed Terms:
We retain Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For canceled accounts, Content is retained for six (6) months and subject to three (3) advance deletion notices before permanent deletion. Certain media (e.g., Pro Video) may be archived and retrievable during the active Subscription; retrieval may be delayed. We are not a records‑retention service; you should regularly export and back up data that is important to your operations.
9) Security
Summary: We use industry‑standard safeguards; no system is perfect. Keep your credentials secure and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Detailed Terms:
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, network monitoring). Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
10) Your Choices and Rights (U.S. including CA; International)
Summary: You can request access, correction, or deletion of certain data. You can opt out of non‑transactional emails. We honor rights as required by applicable law.
Detailed Terms:
- Access/Correction/Deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain Personal Information by contacting hello@pricerpro.com. We may request information to verify your identity and the scope of your request.
- Marketing Communications. You may opt out of non‑transactional emails via unsubscribe links. Transactional emails (e.g., billing, security) are required.
- California and Similar State Rights. Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., CA) may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct certain Personal Information. We do not “sell” or “share” Personal Information as defined by the CPRA. Submit requests to hello@pricerpro.com.
- EEA/UK/International. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants privacy rights (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to Processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we will respond consistent with applicable law and the nature of the Services.
11) Children’s Privacy
Summary: The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
Detailed Terms:
If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a minor has provided us Personal Information, contact hello@pricerpro.com.
12) Cross‑Border Transfers
Summary: We are U.S.‑based; your information may be processed in the United States and other countries with different laws.

By using the Services, you understand and consent to the transfer, storage, and Processing of your Personal Information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our Service Providers operate, which may have different data‑protection rules than your home country.
